Hi, I’m Jenn — the hands and heart behind Hodgemoor Hollows.
Over a decade ago, I began creating plush creatures under the name Monscurls, shortly after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. As time went on and the brand grew, I realized that the name never truly felt like me. It was something I chose quickly, without much thought or connection.
As my work grew, so did my desire for something more me.
That’s when Hodgemoor Hollows came to life — a whimsical world rooted in my family history, filled with soft, swampy monsters. It felt like home.
Today, every creature I make is a tiny tribute to that journey. Each one is lovingly handcrafted from the softest minky fabric, brought to life with hand-painted, glittering eyes, and stitched full of story.
