Once ordinary SwampMonsters, TrudgeWalkers are those who have wandered far and long enough to gather not only moss but meaning. Their cloaks—patchwork mantles of leaf, lint, and lore—carry hidden pockets stuffed with swamp sticks, sorrow sprigs, and Grumble Pebbles from travels past. Each TrudgeWalker’s gait is slow but purposeful, for they know all things worth finding are buried deep.

They are rarely seen without their Hollow Branches—gnarled swamp staffs crackling with tiny, forgotten magic. And while they grumble often and loudly, it’s said they never forget a kindness… or a betrayal.

TrudgeWalkers are keepers of swamp trinkets, memory-bound rituals, and tales too damp to be written. When one arrives at your bog, you listen—for the marsh itself might be speaking through them.
